Crear un host virtual que responda en el otro puerto.

Queremos que http://localhost/alias/a responda en el puerto 81 de manera http://localhost:81

  1. Hacer que Apache escuche en otro puerto

C:\xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf

Listen 80
Listen 81

2. Crear la configuración de host virtual

C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf

<VirtualHost *>
  DocumentRoot "C:\xampp\htdocs"
  ServerName localhost
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *:81>
   DocumentRoot "C:/xampp/htdocs/alias/a"
    <Directory "C:/xampp/htdocs/alias/a">
      Order allow,deny
      Allow from all
    </Directory>
</VirtualHost>
